These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and your visit to and use of the Mall premises and services. When visiting the Premises, you agree to abide by all posted signage, Mall rules, security instructions, store rules and directives from Mall management.

The Mall reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, to refuse entry, limit access or remove any person from the Premises who is acting unlawfully, is disruptive, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or poses a risk to safety or property.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, icons and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download the materials on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations or mediation.

If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in South Africa.
