Welcome to Madadeni Mall (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Mall”). These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and your visit to and use of the Mall premises and services. By accessing or using the Site, or by visiting or interacting with Madadeni Mall in any way, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or visiting the Mall.
“Visitor”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual accessing the Site or visiting the Mall.
“Services” refers to the facilities, retail, dining, lifestyle experiences, events and promotions offered at Madadeni Mall.

“Site” means the Madadeni Mall website accessible at https://www.madadenimall.co.za and any related microsites, mobile sites or applications.

You agree that you will not breach the rights of the Mall, other Visitors, or any third parties, including intellectual property rights and rights to privacy.
If you create an account on the Site, subscribe to newsletters, enter competitions or participate in promotions, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you should notify us as soon as possible.
When visiting the Premises, you agree to abide by all posted signage, Mall rules, security instructions, store rules and directives from Mall management.
The Mall reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, to refuse entry, limit access or remove any person from the Premises who is acting unlawfully, is disruptive, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or poses a risk to safety or property.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, icons and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and download the materials on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your continued use of the Site, participation in promotions or events, or visit to the Mall after such changes are made will constitute acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations or mediation.
If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in South Africa.
We may collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us, for example when you subscribe to our newsletter, complete a contact form, enter a competition, respond to a survey, apply for a lease or engage with us by email, phone or social media.
